Who We Are

North Carolina Flag Football (NCFF) runs seven leagues across three of the state's most vibrant communities — Charlotte, Durham, and Raleigh. Whether you were the one throwing touchdowns under the Friday-night lights, or you've never thrown a spiral in your life, there's a spot for you on our field.

We're players, captains, weekend warriors, and lifelong friends who believe the best part of the game has nothing to do with the final score. It's the people you play it with.

Why Flag Football

Where We Play

Seven leagues, three cities, one simple promise: show up, play hard, have fun.

🏙️ Charlotte area — 3 leagues. Where we started — including our dedicated all-women's league, built by women, for women, where competition and camaraderie share the same field.

🐂 Durham — 2 leagues. Bull City is on the board, bringing Triangle players together week after week.

🌳 Raleigh — 2 leagues. Capital city, full lineup — keeping the games and the good times rolling.

What We Stand For
